Production Associate
Full Time • Lakeland
As a Production Associate, you will be trained on how to operate machines in our fabrication shop! If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and are coachable, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Understand the machine and producing the product via information and drawings provided
- Achieve weekly goals for production schedule
- Daily reporting to Machine Lead on consumables and tooling needed
- Ensure quality of the product is to drawings and specifications
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance of the machine
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Apple IOS and Android OS platforms
- Proficient in Tekla EPM GO, preferred
Salary:
- $16-25/Hour
- Dependent upon experience.
Required Work Skills:
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking.
- Ability to lift/carry up to fifty (50) pounds
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7 AM – 4:30 PM, or adjusted per work load, which includes night shift

Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
