We have an opportunity for a Crane Shift Supervisor – working 3rd shift 11pm – 7am.

Successful candidates must have the following skills and abilities:

  • Overhead crane and supervisory experience in a service center or fabrication company
  • Ability to deal with employee performance issues
  • Previous experience with steel products a plus
  • Ability to evaluate work schedules to meet customer requirements
  • Ability to organize work orders to meet customer delivery schedules
  • Hourly base pay based on experience plus monthly employee incentives!
