Job Description
Look no further than Delta Steel, a leader in the Steel Service Center Industry for over 50 years. Delta Steel is a subsidiary of Reliance, Inc. We are part of the largest steel service center company in North America. We provide a wide variety of steel products to a broad range of customers.
We have an opportunity for a Crane Shift Supervisor – working 3rd shift 11pm – 7am.
Successful candidates must have the following skills and abilities:
- Overhead crane and supervisory experience in a service center or fabrication company
- Ability to deal with employee performance issues
- Previous experience with steel products a plus
- Ability to evaluate work schedules to meet customer requirements
- Ability to organize work orders to meet customer delivery schedules
- Hourly base pay based on experience plus monthly employee incentives!
