Lead Connector Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the primary signal person for crane operations

  • Demonstrate expertise in rigging procedures and fall protection

  • Work confidently at heights and ensure safety compliance

  • Possess all necessary connecting tools

  • Lead and support your backup connector as a team player

Backup Connector Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead connector and maintain strong teamwork

  • Work safely and confidently at heights

  • Follow proper fall protection and tie-off procedures

  • Bring all required connecting tool

🚧 Requirements for Both Roles

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Consistent punctuality and strong work ethic

  • Willingness to work overtime (50–60 hours/week)

Compensation: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
