- Erecting steel structures and frameworks according to blueprints.
- Perform layout and installation of steel beams, columns, and trusses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on job sites.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut and shape steel materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance of steel structures as needed.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and junior ironworkers.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Ironworker.
- Valid OSHA 10 certification.
- Ability to pass a 3G, 4G stick welding test.
- Ability to pass a 3G, 4G NR232 Fluxcore Wire test.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
