The Branch Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | · Responsible for overseeing all activities directly related to overall operations. · Directs and coordinates all production and distribution activities for the organization. · Reviews financial statements, warehouse production and expense reports, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. · Has direct responsibility over warehouse safety, housekeeping and preventative maintenance programs. · Establishes and implements organizational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with other members of management and staff members.Combined Voluntary Self-ID Form_3.20.2025.pdf233.91 KBCombined Voluntary Self-ID Form_3.20.2025.pdf233.91 KB · Manages staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. · Leads, coaches, and mentors staff while managing resource allocation and staffing. · Develops production goals, objectives, and systems, and recommends necessary changes. · Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations and re-evaluates them for cost effectiveness. · Develops and promotes feedback mechanisms for employees to influence continuous improvement. · Responsible for adhering to/ensuring compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. · Drives company initiatives · Communicate and collaborate with all Infra/Delta/Sugar locations to optimize results. · Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports. · Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations. · Determine labor needs to meet sales & production goals. · Assists with budget preparation for operations unit. · Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold. · Performs other related duties as required.
| REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS| · 5-10 years management experience within an applicable industrial environment required. · High School diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. · Expert knowledge of raw materials, production processes, cost, inventory and quality management, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of good required. · Expert knowledge of company product(s) and their uses required. · Proven ability to lead by anticipating changes, defining a strategic direction and vision for the organization, and motivating staff to achieve stated goals required. · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively required. · Excellent oral and written communication skills required. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required. · Ability to make sound decisions based on a combination of factors including analysis, knowledge and experience, and judgment required.
