About Us:
We’re a hungry and growing steel erection company specializing in PEMB and structural steel. We’ve got crews, equipment, and grit — but now we’re hitting the limit of what hustle alone can do.
We’re looking for a battle-tested operator who has built subcontractor operations before and knows how to install real systems: cash flow, job costing, scheduling, billing, and execution tracking. If you’ve taken a steel or construction company from messy to money — we want to talk.
What We Need You to Do (The Mission):
You’ll come in and build from the inside out:

- Set up tracking tools in Google Sheets / QuickBooks / Trello (or similar)
- Lay foundation for long-term growth and future hires
Non-Negotiable Experience:
- Has built backend systems for a subcontractor (steel erection, PEMB, or self-perform crews)
- Understands job costing, billing cycles, pay apps, and field coordination
- Knows GC contracts, lien laws, and how subs get squeezed
- Comfortable with lean teams, getting in the weeds, and building as you go
- Has sample SOPs/templates or can show previous systems built
Nice-to-Haves:
- Texas-based or familiar with regional GC practices
- Worked with QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Procore, or Buildertrend
- Able to grow into full-time or equity-holding ops leader if it’s a good fit
- Background in field or field/office hybrid role (understands ironwork reality)
Comp & Terms:
- Starting at $3,000–$6,000/month, based on scope and experience
- Open to flat-fee project model for 90-day buildout
- Strong performance could lead to full-time or leadership seat
