Infra-Metals Co. is looking for our next rock star HR generalist to successfully complete assigned Human Resources functions within the organization while creating a culture which best serves our customers, our employees, and the communities in which we have influence. The position will be located in our brand new state of the art steel service center in Buchanan GA.
The primary responsibilities and duties of the position include the following:
·Process Weekly Payroll and Monthly Incentive Pay.
· Maintains historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system.
· Maintains HRIS data and runs required reports.
· Support staffing needs by participating in the job positing recruiting and interviewing process.
· Maintain confidentiality in all dealings with management and employees.
· Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
· Assist with site Safety Program and DOT compliance.
· Participate in Employee Engagement activities program.
· Conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees for location.
· Assist and participate in employee investigations.
· Assist in the generation and tracking of employee Disciplinary Notices.
· Assist with preparing and tracking Annual Performance Reviews.
· Assist with Leave of Absence case administration.
· Represents organization at Unemployment Hearings.
· Participates in Internal and External Audits of Human Resources and Payroll compliance.
· Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
· Maintains guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
· Cooperate with Reliance reporting standards regarding compliance and other information requests.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Knowledge & Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
